Juli is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a 1987 graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. After serving in the active duty Army for seven years and the First Gulf War, she changed careers and passed the CPA exam in 2000. Her focus is on trusts, complex individual tax preparation and small businesses.

Meni is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Thailand and subsequently passed the United States CPA exam in Virginia. Meni has primary oversight for all Donovan & Wagner business clients. She also has extensive knowledge of individual taxes. Meni is fluent in both English and Thai.

As a Staff Accountant, Heide manages our ElderCare Bookkeeping Services by tailoring them to each client’s needs and unique situation.  This may include checkbook reconciliation, bookkeeping, facilitating financial asset transfers, and conducting client in-home meetings.  Heide has a BS degree in Accounting from Radford University and over a decade of experience in the banking industry.

As a Senior Tax Preparer, Suzy supports complex individual, fiduciary and estate tax preparation, planning and analysis.  Suzy has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University Long Beach and an MS in Systems Architecture and Engineering from the University of Southern California.  She has nearly 20 years of experience in the technology sector and over a decade in tax related services.  Suzy is an IRS Enrolled Agent and member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

As the Office Manager & Accountant, Tran oversees office operations while handling a wide array of accounting duties. Her responsibilities include managing client support, business bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, and tax preparation. She has an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting degree from Northern Virginia Community College, Certification in QuickBooks Online, and is a Notary Public. Tran is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

As a Staff Accountant, Haripriya manages diverse accounting responsibilities, which include tasks such as account reconciliation, preparing financial statements, and assisting with internal controls. She holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy with a focus on Accounting and Analytics from Rutgers Business School and is actively pursuing her CPA certification.

As a Staff Accountant, Nicole handles a variety of services including individual tax preparation as well as corporate bookkeeping and payroll.  She has a BS degree in Communications from Radford University and decades of experience in non-profit management and mortgage banking.  Nicole is certified in QuickBooks Online.

As Administrative Manager, Jon supports the Donovan & Wagner team in all areas of office processes and client services. Jon has a BA in Graphic Design from Columbia College Chicago as well as several years of marketing and software experience.

As a Staff Accountant, Bikash’s responsibilities include handling tax preparation, providing client support, and assisting in various administrative areas to ensure smooth operations. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting Analytics from the University of Delaware and is actively pursuing CPA certification.
